45-60 Minute Complimentary Life Coaching Session

Due to the nature of each individual client's objectives and the coaching relationship, it can take time to establish rapport and to help the client clarify their goals and what may subsequently be hindering them from accomplishing them. This is the purpose of the Complimentary session. It also gives prospective clients an opportunity to give voice to their concerns, ask any coaching related questions they may have, and to experience first hand how powerful coaching can be. After a firm grasp is obtained of the client’s individual needs, a package will be recommended in followup with the client. If a coaching partnership is desired, client onboarding will occur at this time.

Discovery Session(s)

After the initial complimentary session with a client, there is a discovery session to explore the client’s experience in greater detail. This can sometimes take up to 2 sessions to complete depending on the client’s challenges and goals concluding with SMART goals design support prior to moving on the next phase.

Remote Coaching Sessions

Coaching clients determine the scope of the work and do the work. Coaches facilitate each session and support the client in moving towards goals that clients designed for themselves. I meet virtually with clients once weekly until they have accomplished their goals or reach a point when it is perceived that they have graduated to no longer needing my services.

Depending on the package recommended and purchased, we will begin the scope of the work or the pre-requisites for the scope of the work. Regardless of voluntary purchase, every client presents with different needs, different states of readiness to do their work, and different levels of readiness to adjust and adapt to change. For this reason, I offer a range of packages to meet clients at their point of need. The goal is to continually move clients towards feeling equipped and empowered to actualize their goals. Clients will be provided with opportunities to provide feedback to ensure they are receiving value for their investment.
