About Me

My name is Sandra Saltibus, and I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Performance & Leadership Coach, Certified Life Coach, and Mental Health First Aid Certified. I've partnered with hundreds of adults as they've worked through significant professional, personal, and health changes, and helped them to refocus how they lead, live, and prioritize their well-being through coaching. I’ve worked across higher education, healthcare, nonprofits, financial services, HR, media, publishing, manufacturing, startups, insurance, and government.

About Coaching

Coaching creates space for authentic connection through meaningful ongoing conversations about navigating challenging seasons of change. It opens the mind and eyes to pattern recognition, energy allocation, power distribution, and choosing paths forward differently, more strategically. Work, life, health, relationships, and purpose don’t exist in separate vacuums - they overlap, influence each other, and all move together. Holistic and integrated coaching recognizes and supports you as a whole person with fluid circumstances, not just the presenting challenge.

Change is a given, but figuring it out in a way that moves you forward with more awareness and wisdom takes intention, effort, and courage. It is being willing to be honest with yourself and developing the determination and discipline to move forward differently. When things get complicated, it's wise to take a look at where you're headed, what inspires you, how you're doing things, why you're doing them, and if this will lead you to where you want to end up. Reflection, assessment, and prioritizing alignment and authenticity above all else is an investment in oneself that sets the stage for the fulfilling experiences you want and are worthy of.
