My Story

I'm a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Performance & Leadership Coach, Certified Life Coach, Mental Health First Aid Certified, and a QPR Gatekeeper. I've partnered with hundreds of adults navigating major transitions in health, work, and life—helping them realign how they live, lead, and care for themselves through integrated coaching that blends intention, strategy, and sustainable action.

My Beginnings

I was raised by Caribbean parents who modeled discipline, adaptability, and excellence. Growing up in Queens, New York, I watched them pivot and rebuild their professional lives from the ground up while navigating systems not designed with their success in mind. They did it with intention, pride, and strategy. Their example shaped my approach to coaching: helping others build lives and careers that honor both their ambition, their lived experiences, and their well-being.

Before Coaching

For more than two decades, I worked across higher education, healthcare, nonprofits, financial services, HR, media, publishing, manufacturing, startups, and government. Those years gave me a front-row seat to the realities of modern work—the pressure to perform, the challenge of balance, and the quiet cost of carrying so much for so long. That experience continues to shape how I coach: practical, strategic, and rooted in an understanding of what it takes to sustain success without losing yourself or your health in the process.

What My Experiences Taught Me

I’ve built and changed careers, navigated health challenges, married, divorced, raised children, buried one, and redefined what fulfillment means as a midlife empty nester. These experiences taught me that growth isn’t linear and healing doesn’t always require starting over. Sometimes it’s about slowing down, listening inward, and choosing alignment over urgency.

Why I Coach

Coaching allows me to walk beside people as they navigate change, reclaim energy, and design lives that feel balanced and true. It connects intention with strategy and honors the full story of each client.

Outside of Coaching

I give my mind rest by exercising, learning new languages, appreciating culture, creating art, writing, reading, exercising, and spending time in nature. These self-care practices help me stay grounded and intentional in how I live and work.

Inside Our Work Together

Clients describe me as calm, direct, and steady—a thought partner who helps them quiet the noise, think clearly, and take meaningful action. In our sessions, you’ll have space to pause, reflect, and make sense of what’s next. Together, we’ll turn those insights into strategy so you can live, lead, and care for yourself in ways that feel sustainable and true to who you are now.

Your Next Move

After years of coaching, one truth remains: everything is connected. Health, work, relationships, and purpose all move together.

If you’re ready to slow down, think deeply, and make intentional choices about how you live and lead, I’ll meet you there. Let’s create the clarity, structure, and strategy that help you move forward—deliberately and well.
