Sandra Saltibus Howard, a Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Life Coach, Leadership and Performance Coach, and mental health advocate, employs a holistic approach to fostering positive changes that benefit the whole person. Going beyond a singular coaching focus, she expertly facilitates the coaching process, guiding clients to discover personalized strategies and actionable steps that reduce stress and helps position them to reach their physical, personal, and professional goals.

Sandra is a member of the International Association for Health Coaches (IAHC), the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. She received training in Mental Health Literacy, and Imposter Syndrome and Systems - Empowering Clients to Engage their Agency, with the IOC. Sandra received formal ICF-approved training in life and health coaching, and leadership and performance coach development with an ICF partner. Her professional experiences working in higher education, financial services, media, and government enhance her ability to relate to client challenges.

Currently, Sandra is employed full-time as a Health Coach, and part-time as a Leadership and Performance Coach. After completing an advanced health and wellness coach training program and health coaching mastery practicum approved by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching, she is a candidate for the credentialing exam. Additionally, Sandra's undergraduate health sciences coursework and professional experiences in healthcare complement her training.

Sandra is skilled at guiding clients to reframe perspectives, grow through what they go through, and identify their best practices to reach and sustain their goals.
