  • Three 60-minute one-on-one sessions over 2 months.

  • Clarity and planning around a specific goal or transition

  • Evidence-based strategies and next steps

  • Payment plan available

  • $375 total (or 2 payments of $190)

Six Sessions

  • Six 60-minute one-on-one sessions over 4 months.

  • Deeper partnership for exploring multiple priorities and creating sustainable plans

  • Whole-person planning for health, work, connection, purpose, etc.

  • Payment plan available

  • $700 total (or 3 payments of $240)

Single Session (Returning Clients Only)

  • One 60-minute one-on-one session

  • Focused support when you need it most

  • For established clients continuing their journey
